For part-time roles 

• 3 days of personal emergency leave per year 
• 2 personal days after 1 yr of employment

• 2 weeks vacation per year of employment (3 weeks after 5 years) 
• Educators are eligible to enroll in pension program contribution when certain conditions are met 
• Opportunities for full-time positions as LEF grows 

For full-time roles 

• 3 personal days after 1 year of employment + 15 days of personal emergency leave per year 
• 3 weeks vacation to start (4 weeks after 5 years of employment) 
• Dental, Drug and Health Benefits 
• Pension contribution matching (2% from employee and 4% from LEF)
